Safety Guidelines

DO+ SAFETY GUIDELINES

Consult a dermatologist before using the device, especially if you have a skin condition.
Make sure your hands are clean before and during treatment. You may wear gloves for additional safety if preferred.
Perform a patch test on a small, non-visible area of skin before starting the treatment to understand how your skin will react and potential recovery time.

Sanitize both your hands and the device before use.

If there is any minor bleeding, wash your face with clean water.

Apply a high-SPF sunscreen after treatment to protect your skin.

Store the device in its original box to maintain hygiene and prevent damage.

Always sterilize the device after each use.

Use a new needle head cartridge for every treatment and ensure you do not touch the tip of the needles.

DONT+ SAFETY GUIDELINES

For hygiene and safety, do not reuse the needle head. It should be disposed of after each use.
Avoid using topical retinoids for at least 24 hours before the treatment.
Limit sun exposure, particularly in the three days leading up to the treatment.
If you have active blemishes, avoid stamping directly over them, but you can treat around the area.

Avoid sensitive areas like the skin around your eyes.

Do not proceed with treatment if your skin is irritated or inflamed.

Use only serums that are specifically formulated for micro-infusion. Some serums can cause irritation, so avoid using products not recommended for this treatment.

Avoid treating the same area of your face multiple times during a session.

Do not apply excessive pressure during treatment.

Avoid using comedogenic products such as heavy serums or oils during and after treatment.

Do not use the device on raised scars like keloids.

Wait at least 72 hours after treatment before applying active skincare products.

Keep the treated area out of direct sunlight for up to 72 hours post-treatment.

Pre Treatment

Secure hair away from your face to prevent contact with the treatment area.

Double cleanse your skin to thoroughly remove all makeup, lotions, dirt, and oil. Anything that comes into contact with your skin, including stray hairs, may lead to irritation or infection.

Ensure the treatment area is prepared by sterilizing your workspace. Keep alcohol disinfectant handy. Touching anything other than your skin or the device during treatment, such as serum bottles or brushes, can introduce contaminants.

How To Micro-Infuse

1ADDING SERUM TO THE DEVICE

Twist open the chamber of the device.
Remove the seal from the serum vial, take out the rubber stopper, and pour the serum into the chamber.
Securely twist the lid back on the device.
Optional: You can mix two serums and fill the chamber halfway if desired.

2TURNING THE DEVICE UPSIDE DOWN

Leave the device upside down for 1-2 minutes.
During this time, cleanse your face and ensure your hands are clean.

3BEGIN MICRO-INFUSION

Once the serum has fully entered the needles, remove the lid and begin micro-infusing.

4STAMPING TECHNIQUE

Start at the center of your face and work outward to cover the entire area.
Overlap each stamp by 50%, ensuring the previous area is partially covered with each new stamp.

5MAINTAINING THE ANGLE

Make sure the serum remains at the end of the device where the needles are during stamping to properly infuse the serum into the skin.
You may need to slightly adjust the angle as you stamp to keep the serum flowing to the needle area.

6APPLY LEFTOVER SERUM

Apply any remaining serum from the device to your face and neck by gently patting it on.
Leave the serum on overnight to allow your skin to absorb the nourishing ingredients.

7PROPER DISPOSAL

Once the treatment is complete, replace the lid, twist off the needle head, and dispose of it safely.
For each new treatment, use a fresh, sterile needle head.

Post Treatment Care

After infusing your skin with the rejuvenating serum, it's essential to keep the skin clean for the next 24 hours. Follow these post-treatment guidelines for optimal results:

CLEAN AND MOISTURIZE

The day after your treatment, cleanse your face using a gentle cleanser and apply a nourishing moisturizer to hydrate your skin.

AVOID MAKEUP

Try to avoid makeup for as long as possible, but at a minimum, give your skin at least 24 hours to recover. If wearing makeup is necessary, opt for products made specifically for post-treatments or sensitive skin to avoid irritation.

AVOID ACIDS

Remember, your skin will absorb products more effectively post-treatment. Avoid any products containing harsh ingredients, especially acids, to prevent irritation.

AVOID POOLS

Steer clear of swimming pools, saunas, and steam rooms for at least 24 hours after treatment to avoid irritation or infection.

REDUCE REDNESS

It's normal to experience minor redness or irritation after the procedure, but these symptoms should fade quickly. If you notice mild swelling, peeling, or flaking, keeping the skin moisturized will help soothe these effects and reduce tightness.

AVOID SWEAT

Refrain from exercise or strenuous activities for 24 hours post-treatment. Sweat and exposure to gym environments can introduce bacteria to your skin, leading to potential adverse reactions.

DON’T TOUCH

Resist the urge to touch your face, especially with unclean hands that haven't been sanitized.

Post Treatment Precautions

Follow these post-treatment guidelines closely to achieve the best results and fully experience the benefits of Micro-Infusion.

SKIP WASHING

Avoid washing your face on the day of treatment.

AVOID MAKEUP

Refrain from using makeup for at least 24 hours. If it's necessary to apply makeup, choose products formulated for post-treatments or sensitive skin to minimize the risk of irritation.

AVOID SUN EXPOSURE

Avoid direct sun exposure for 24-48 hours after treatment.

When going outdoors, apply a high-protection sunscreen and limit prolonged exposure to the sun.

Use a good quality, non-comedogenic sunscreen to protect your skin if you must be in the sun.

SKIP SKINCARE PRODUCTS

Avoid using skincare products that contain fragrances, active ingredients, or acids such as Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs), Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C, or any active skincare, including scrubs or toners, for at least 2-3 days post-treatment to prevent irritation.

AVOID EXFOLIATION

Avoid exfoliating products for 2-3 days after treatment, as they can be too abrasive for the skin while it is in a sensitive condition.

How To Clean & Storage

CLEANING

Twist off the needle head with the cap still on and dispose of it safely.
Rinse the chamber with water and a gentle cleanser to remove any residue.
Allow the device to air dry completely on a clean surface before storing it.
Attach a new needle head by opening a fresh packet. Ensure your hands are clean, and do not remove the cap from the needle head before the next use.

STORAGE

Store the device in its original box between treatments to keep it safe and clean.
Keep both the device and needle heads in a cool, dry place, away from heat, humidity, and bacteria. Avoid storing them in the bathroom.
Ensure the device is stored out of reach of children.

How do I perform the micro-infusion facial?

1. Twist open the chamber and fill it halfway with one ampule of serum, then twist the lid back on securely. You can mix two serums if desired.
2. Leave the device upside down for 1-2 minutes while you wash your face and clean your hands.
3. Once the serum has reached the needles, remove the lid and start stamping.
4. Begin at the center of your face, working outward, with a 50% overlap for each stamp.
5. Apply leftover serum to your face and neck, and leave it on overnight to maximize absorption.

Can I save leftover serum for another treatment?

One vial of serum is intended for one complete treatment. If you mix two serums, you can save the remaining serum for your next treatment by placing the rubber stoppers back on the vials.

How often should I perform a Micro-Infusion treatment?

We recommend performing a treatment every two weeks for the best results.

How do I open the serum vial?

1. Hold the body of the vial firmly and find the arrow on the cap. Flip the cap open where the arrow points.
2. Break the seal by bending the silver cap away from the vial.
3. Peel back the silver seal, dispose of it, and remove the rubber stopper.
4. Pour the serum into the Micro-Infusion device.

What does 50% overlay mean?

50% overlay means each stamp overlaps the previous one halfway, ensuring each area is stamped at least twice.

Why isn’t the serum coming out of the device when I’m stamping?

Ensure the serum is positioned at the end of the device where the needles are. Slightly tilt your head or the device to help the serum flow through the needles. You can also place the device upside down and gently tap to assist with serum flow.

Can I micro-infuse around the eyes?

Yes, but apply very gentle pressure around the eye area and limit to one pass. Monitor your skin's response as everyone's skin is different.

Can I treat my neck?
