Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Alternatively you can request and manage a return via the self-service option, by logging into your customer account: https://account.notoxx.co

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return shipping fee is a flat rate of $12.00

Returning Condition

Due to our strict infection control protocols and hygiene reasons, for the protection of our customers, all our products come sealed. Product(s) and original outer packaging must be new and unused, in sealed, undamaged packages, and in a resalable condition. Once this seal is broken and the package is opened, we can not accept returns unless the item is deemed faulty from manufacturing. If product is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Change of Mind
Notoxx complies with ACL and offers refunds only for faulty or defective products, or when eligibility criteria for the Money-Back Guarantee are met.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We endeavour to process returns and refunds as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Prior to any refunds being processed, we are required to receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements stated in this policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Faulty Item Policy
At Notoxx, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products. Due to the nature of our skincare and micro-infusion systems, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind of for usage outcomes that fall within the normal performance of the product.

What qualifies as a faulty item?
A faulty item refers to a product that is damaged or defective in a way that prevents it from functioning entirely.
To be eligible for a fault review, issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, with photo or video evidence provided. 

What does not qualify as a fault?
In some cases, serum may not flow through the micro-infusion tips. This a known and normal occurrence and does not effect treatment efficacy. As per our instructions, simply stamp first on clean skin and apply the serum directly after for optimal absorption.
